Shipping & Processing

Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Orders placed after 7pm CST or on weekends/Holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, an additional email will be provided that contains tracking information. You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Please allow at max 7-10 days total (not including weekends or holidays) from date of order to final delivery. This includes approximately 3-4 days processing and the remainder for shipping fluctuations during normal and peak seasons.

Note: Some items are custom made to order and therefore, require more processing time.

BBF Policy on Failed Delivery Attempts – Return to Sender:

If a package is returned to BBF by the delivery provider (e.g., USPS, UPS) due to incorrect address information or similar errors caused during the checkout process, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to have the items resent upon receipt.  

To avoid disruptions, we strongly urge you to verify the accuracy of your delivery address when placing an order. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be processed, deducting the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

 

BBF Policy on Lost or Damaged Item Delivery: 

Once your order has been shipped, we rely on trusted delivery providers (e.g., USPS, UPS) to ensure your package reaches its destination. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we kindly recommend contacting the delivery provider directly to file a claim.  

Please note that BBF is unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit, as they are no longer within our control once shipped. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us if you need assistance navigating this process.
